Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting in the field of retail, production, PR, marketing, in the restaurant or beauty field.
• Experience is welcome work as a personal assistant to a manager or in a call center.
• Competent oral and written communication (Ukrainian, Russian languages).
• Skills in working with various channels for searching for candidates.
• Experience in closing sales, office, and technical staff vacancies is a must. Desirable experience of closing top management positions, as well as domestic staff.
• Ability to plan your working day and work for results.
• Ability to work from the office (remote work format is not provided).< /li>

Responsibilities:

• Creating a candidate profile, posting vacancies on job search sites.
• Closing company vacancies according to the staffing schedule.
• Conducting phone interviews of candidates, organizing interviews with heads of relevant divisions. Assessment of skills and competencies of candidates.
• Onboarding, adaptation of new employees.
• Labor market monitoring, management of personnel reserve.
• Interaction with employees of other departments for a more productive solution questions.
• Reporting to the management on the results of the work performed.
