Requirements:
- Desire to have work experience in the field of recruiting, but not necessarily
- Ability to assess the professional and personal qualities of candidates
- High communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in multitasking conditions
- Proficiency in Ukrainian and Russian at a high level; knowledge of the English language is an advantage
