Responsibilities:

• Active search of candidates for company vacancies through various recruiting platforms and methods.
• Conducting phone interviews with candidates.
• Support of the recruiting process from beginning to end.
• Ensuring effective communication with all interested parties.

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and develop in the field of recruiting.
• High communication skills and ability to interact effectively with people.
• Ability to work in a team and perform tasks in under the conditions of a limited time.

Terms:

• Rate: UAH 20,000/month + bonuses.
• UAH 40,000 + bonuses upon completion of the plan.
• Working schedule: 5/2.
• Possibility of switching to a hybrid work schedule after the internship.

• Experience is not required, we will provide the necessary training.
