We currently support 23 products.

We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team in Kyiv. Your main task will be to attract and hire talented professionals for various positions in our company. You will work closely with department heads to identify their staffing needs and manage the full recruitment cycle.

Duties:

• Managing the full recruiting cycle: from finding and attracting candidates to conducting interviews and supporting the employment process.
• Development and implementation of talent attraction strategies, including the use of social networks, professional communities and other sources.
• Evaluation of resumes, conducting interviews.
• Collaboration with department heads to understand their requirements for candidates and provide them with advice on selection issues personnel.
• Maintaining a candidate database and managing the recruitment process using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Preparing and distributing job offers, as well as negotiating with candidates.
• Analysis and reporting on the results of recruiting activities.

 Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting for at least 2 years.
• Experience in IT recruiting will be an advantage.
• Knowledge ofbasic recruitment methods and tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to effectively manage time and priorities.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain good working relationships with colleagues.
• High degree of responsibility and attention to details.
• Fluent level of Ukrainian and Russian; knowledge of English will be a plus.
