Main tasks:< /strong>

• Active search for personnel using various methods and sources
• Conducting interviews and evaluation of potential candidates
• Coordination of interaction with candidates and company departments
• Support and improvement of the recruiting and candidate selection system

Expectations from the candidate:

< li>Experience as a recruiter is desirable, but willing to consider candidates for training
• High level of communication skills
• Ability to work under stress and ability to make decisions under limited deadlines
• Knowledge recruiting methods and techniques will be a plus
