We are currently developing and expanding our departments. Therefore, we are looking for a young and promising colleague to join our team, for the position of "Recruiter"
We are looking for RECRUITER who will find the best people for the office and retail network.
Tasks:
- Reception a request to close company vacancies from HRD, heads of departments and from the brand owner
- Analysis of the labor market, determination of the candidate search plan through various channels< br/>
- Creation of job description for candidates and placement on job sites, social networks, Telegram channels
- Active recruitment of candidates through job sites, and work with reviews
- Analysis resumes of candidates and conducting initial telephone interviews.
- Conducting personal interviews online and offline, Identifying strengths and weaknesses, assessment professional experience, values, competencies, motivation, compliance with corporate culture.
- Presentation to candidates of information about the position, tasks, expectations, corporate culture and working conditions.
- Presentation of CV of successful candidates and report to HRD and manager.
< li style="font-weight: 400">Supporting and interacting with candidates and providing feedback during subsequent stages of recruitment;
- Collection of recommendations for a potential employee

What is important for success in this position?
- Quality approach to closing vacancies
- Preferred previous experience in retail or service to understand the components of such a business, the consultative sales process, and customer service.Individual understanding of what kind of people are best suited to work in consultative sales.
- Ability to write job advertisements in which candidates can easily and accurately recognize their desired position by reading.
- Ability to conduct telephone and in-person interviews Understanding the different types of interviews and their objectives
- Knowing how to assess candidates and what assessment to use for each position

- Ability to plan your projects well and use working time effectively
- Competent oral and written Ukrainian language
