Requirements:

• Good communication skills,
• ability to organize and plan,
• knowledge of the basic principles of HR management,
• as well as experience with a computer,
• experience in the selection of sales managers is a must.

• working schedule - MON-FRI from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (includes an hour for a lunch break).

Duties:

• Organization and conducting interviews and interviews with potential candidates,
• organizing secondary interviews for department heads,
• maintaining and updating the personnel database,
• preparing reports and statistical information,
• support and update of the company's HR policy,
• support of the HR manager in various projects and initiatives related to personnel management.
