Responsibilities:

• timely closing of the provided in vacancy work;
• conducting the preboarding procedure (preparation for the departure of a new employee) and onboarding;
• collection of documents for registration and transfer to accounting;
• regulatory work (maintenance reports, participation in meetings of the department, department, etc.);
• monitoring of salaries;
• participation in the creation of the department's methodology.

Requirements:

• 2 years of work experience in a similar position;
• knowledge of direct search technologies and interviewing techniques;
• skills for planning and organizing work;
• skills of business negotiations and business correspondence.
