Requirements for the candidate:
< ul>Responsibilities:
- Labor market monitoring, work with resume database, operative work with reviews;
- Creation of vacancies and their effective placement on search platforms. Prompt closing of hot vacancies;
- Recruitment of personnel: labor, technical, administrative, top management;
- Conducting an initial interview by phone and arranging meetings with the manager;
- Organizing individual and group interviews;
- Organization and control of the implementation of the adaptation program; participation in the adaptation of new employees;
- Implementation of the company's corporate culture projects;
- Compilation of reports, creation of statistics and candidate database.
Working schedule: Mon -Fri from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Fri is a reduced working day, Sat, Sun is a weekend; holiday twice a year.
