We are currently looking for a Recruiter who will strengthen our team and become part of the history of Smart Solutions :)

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of recruiting from 1 year;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Knowledge of recruitment methods and candidate evaluation;
• Ability to work with databases;
• High level of responsibility and organization.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting an active search for candidates on different platforms for vacancies at different levels;
• Conducting interviews with candidates;
• Analysis and selection of resumes, preparation of recommendation letters;
• Maintenance of candidate database.
