The FTP team is a logistics operator consisting of 100+ talented and energetic people who quickly and efficiently organize the import and export of goods by any means of transport around the globe and provide customs, financial and contract logistics services . From the beginning of the full-scale invasion to the present, our team has increased by 40%, and during the year we make more than 9,500 deliveries.

We have a nice office, almost in the center of Kyiv (up to 15 minutes on foot from the city of Lukyanivska), uninterrupted electricity supply, unlimited Internet and very tasty coffee). We provide a laptop and a corporate mobile phone.

• work experience in a similar position of 1-2 years;
• English language at B1-B2 level;

Will be a plus:

• higher education in the specialty "Psychology";
• experience in personnel selection in the field of logistics;
• mass selection;
• experience in automating the recruiting process in the company.

Your tasks:

• Full cycle of personnel selection in a logistics company;
• Closing 4-5 vacancies per month;
• Management of the process of adaptation of new employees in the company;
• Conducting interviews, evaluating candidates and making hiring decisions
• Participating in other HR processes.
