How we see our future colleague:

• with higher education/ incomplete higher education (4-5 year)

• with work experience - 1.5-3 years in recruiting

• with knowledge of the English language B1-B2

• with experience in Canva, PhotoShop, chatbots, CRM

• active user of social networks

• inherent proactivity, ambition, determination, focus on results

What will be your tasks:

• RESULT = TIMELY CLOSED VACANCIES

• full recruiting cycle: from the search application to the exit of a new employee

• maintain an internal database of candidates

• track the recruiting funnel

• apply modern search methods: video vacancies, sketches, social networks, etc.

• track and apply new approaches in recruiting

• involvement in HR department projects
