The "Recruiter" vacancy is open in the ESTRO chain of shoe and accessories stores. We are looking for an energetic and focused specialist to help us find and attract talent to our team!

Responsibilities:

• Search and selection of candidates: active search for resumes on job portals, social networks and other sources.
• Conducting interviews: organizing and conducting telephone, online and offline interviews.
• Coordinating the hiring process< /strong>: interaction with heads of departments to clarify personnel needs, organization of the next stages of selection.
• Administrative support: maintaining a database of candidates, preparation of reports and analytics on the hiring process.
• Employer brand development: participation in events to promote the company's image as an employer.

Our expectations:

• Recruiting experience: at least 1 year. Experience in mass recruitment will be a significant advantage.
• Communication and Interaction Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and internal clients.
• Possess search tools: knowledge of various candidate search methods, experience working with job portals and social networks.
• Organizational skills: ability manage several tasks simultaneously, the ability to plan and prioritize work.
• Proactivity: initiative and the ability to work autonomously.
