Recruiter in Koscom Cable Inc.

Responsibilities:

• Effective communication via e-mail and SMS (ensuring clear and prompt communication with candidates and clients)
• Knowledge and use of search tools (Indeed, Facebook groups, Telegram, social networks and job sites for effective search of candidates)
• Identification of resources for mass recruiting (search and optimization of sources to attract a large number of candidates)
• < strong>Closing of leads (achieving a result in the form of 3 or more successfully closed leads per month)
• CRM system management (effective use of CRM to track and manage recruiting processes )
• Cold calling(making more than 20 cold calls per day to attract new candidates)

Requirements:

• Experience of mass selection of personnel at least 1 year of successful work in the field of mass recruiting.
• Active Life position, initiative and the ability to find solutions independently. B1 and above
• Willingness to work in the New York time zone (Work from 9am to 5pm local time) li>
