LuckyLOOK is a successful retail company since 2005. We specialize in the professional fitting of sunglasses and headwear. Winners of the Ukrainian People's Award "Best Brand of Sunglasses" for 6 years in a row.

Now wewe are looking for a recruiter who will become an ambassador of our brand.

In our team, you will be able to develop as a specialist and be surrounded by a positive and friendly team!

What tasks will be in front of you?

• Conduct a full cycle of recruitment for open vacancies
• Active search for candidates on various sites (job search sites, social networks, messengers, etc.)
• Analysis of applicant resumes and initial selection of candidates
• Conducting phone (video) interviews with candidates and assessing their qualification level< /li>
• Supporting the internship and adaptation process
• Reporting
• Keeping records of employee documents

The structure of your payment:

Rate + additional bonus for using KR

What do we expect from you?

• Experience as a recruiter from the 2nd year
• Knowledge of personnel selection methods< /li>
• Skills for working with recruitment sites and modern candidate search channels
• You have successful experience in closing vacancies
• Willingness to work for results - timely and high-quality closing of vacancies
• Proficient oral and written communication
