• Experience in recruiting from 3 years;
• Experience in actively searching for candidates;
• Ability to evaluate a candidate;
• Experience in writing vacancy texts;
• Ability to present the company to candidates.

It will be a plus:

• Work experience of 2 years in the same company;
• Analytical thinking.

The result of the work will be -high-quality, quick closing of 3-4 vacancies per month. From the first month, there will be the following positions: builders, architects, designers, waiters, bartenders and others, which gives rise to the followingTasks:

• Write job vacancies and post them on job platforms;
• Active search for candidates;
• Evaluation of candidates and processing of reviews; 
• Conducting primary telephone interviews;
• Conducting secondary video interviews;
• Participating in the process of onboarding and adaptation of new employees together with the manager.
