Our team is looking for an HR Generalist/Recruiter
< br/>Work format: full time, office in the center of Warsaw

Responsibilities:
- Search, attraction and evaluation of candidates for various vacancies according to the needs of the business.
- Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates according to their professional skills, experience and suitability to the requirements of the vacancy.
- Establishing and maintaining effective interaction with the company's divisions to determine their personnel needs.< br/>- Analysis of the labor market and the search for new methods of attracting candidates.

Requirements:
- Experience in the field of recruiting (experience in affiliate marketing will be a big plus) .
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Willingness to develop and improve hiring processes.
- Knowledge of candidate search tools and interview techniques
- Experience using recruiting platforms and social networks.
