Requirements:  

• higher education; 
• self-organization, sociability; 
• work experience in a similar position - from 1 year; 
• possession of personnel selection techniques of various levels of complexity; 
• experienced PC user (MS Office, Excel); 
• ability to work for results; 
• the ability to make decisions independently;
• it will be a plus to close IT vacancies.

  Responsibilities:

• full cycle of IT and office personnel selection: formation of job vacancies, search and selection of resumes, conducting telephone interviews, conducting interviews in the office or in the format of a video call; 
• maintaining a database of candidates; 
• implementation of employee adaptation programs; 

• participation in the implementation of HR projects. 

Conditions:

• working schedule: from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
• office work format;
• a comfortable office in the center of Kyiv in the A-class business center (Gulliver Central Business Center) .
