• Full recruitment cycle (office staff)
• Support of new office employees during the adaptation period (we teach)
• Monitoring of the labor market
• Formation and management of the personnel reserve
• Monitoring and timely response to personnel requests
• Analysis and management of metrics for hiring employees
• Conducting One-to-One meetings (teaching)
• Conducting exit surveys with departing employees, monitoring the reasons for turnover (teaching)

What do we expect from You?

• Experience in recruiting managers (markets, restaurants, etc.), office staff (will be an advantage)
< li>Knowledge of modern search and recruitment tools
• Competency interviewing skills (required)
• Confident PC user
• Purpose, activity, sociability
