Recruiter in Motion Organization

Hello! My name is Anna, I am a Recruiter in the Motion team. We are an international group of companies that provides comprehensive turnkey promotion of client businesses. Our team is growing, existing departments are expanding and new positions are appearing. 
The pace of work of the recruitment team is always dynamic and we invite the cooperation of a talent recruiter.
 
The main task that will be: to help great candidates to get to us for an interview, and for this it will be required:
- to do research/sourcing on various platforms
- the ability to correctly choose search channels based on the specifics of the vacancy
br/>- select relevant profiles of candidates
- communicate with candidates and help them in case of questions
- schedule interviews for candidates with the hiring manager

What is needed for a successful job:

• Experience in sourcing/recruiting candidates for positions. Our vacancies can be different: analysts, sales managers, accountants, PMs and other non-technical positions. 
• Knowledge of effective search channels, as well as the ability to find new ones. 
• Ability to write "catchy" texts of vacancies.  
• Propensity for analysis and the ability to understand if something went wrong in the search and how to fix it. 
• Clarity, systematicity, the ability to easily navigate the flow of information: to understand at what stage each candidate is, to whom and what needs to be answered.

• Salary 1200 euros + bonuses. Viewing the RP depending on the load.
