Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end candidate selection for various open positions within the company.
• Develop and execute candidate search strategies to attract top talent.
• Maintain an organized internal candidate database for future hiring needs; maintain accurate and organized candidate records.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Conduct various types of interviews, including structured, competency-based, and stress interviews.
• Create and maintain a candidate pipeline by utilizing various sourcing methods.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in candidate selection for diverse positions; work experience as a recruiter (2+ years).
• Proficiency in developing effective candidate search strategies.
• Hands-on experience with different selection processes, including video and phone interviewing.
• Experience in coordinating interviews and liaising with hiring managers.
• Strong decision-making skills to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong database management skills.
• Advanced/Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
