Our partner TOV "DRC", a trading company engaged in the sale of meat and food products, is actively developing and is looking for a Recruiter to join its team.

What will we do for you?

• Build productive relationships with hiring managers and act as a consultant for them in the hiring process
• Conduct job briefings, help form detailed requirements to the role.
• Skillfully manage the expectations of hiring managers
• Develop effective search scenarios and manage search channels
• Lead the full hiring life cycle for various types of vacancies, starting from analysis request for a vacancy and create a talent reserve before the candidate is hired
• Conduct screening of candidates according to competencies and compliance with the company culture
• Analyze the labor market and conditions of competitors
• Lead salary negotiations and job offers
• Participate in forming and maintaining a positive image of the company on the labor market
