Diasphere is an American company with offices in Ukraine, which develops in the innovative field of virtual construction in the direction of engineering networks (HVAC & Plumbing).

Our passion is virtual construction. Our engineers and builders work with the most interesting foreign projects in such countries as the USA, Ireland and Great Britain.

We are rapidly developing and expanding our BIM project team, so we are ready to invite a talented recruiter who can strengthen our team with new talents.

Your duties in the Diasphere team:

• Manage the full cycle of recruiting (resume screening, interviews, job offer formation);
• Maintenance of the candidate database, CRM system and recruiting process analytics;
• Formation of the position profile and search strategy;
> Tracking trends and innovations in the field of recruiting and applying them at work.

What is required of you?

• Experience of 2+ years in full-cycle recruitment (Technical/IT sphere);
• Professional courses in personnel management will be an additional advantage;
• Strong presentation and communication skills;
• Ambition and ability to make decisions independently;
• Ability to work both in a team and independently;
• Own laptop for work;

• Constantly learn modern recruitment methods and tools. Don't be afraid to use them :)

The roles you will work with:

• BIM | VDC Specialist;
• BIM | VDC Team Lead.
