Since 2015, we have been working with the topics: culture, traditions , charity, and now we create spaces (for the military, for children, for residents of small towns) and support communities. We create inspiring spaces.

Main areas of responsibility and tasks:

  • conducting search and selection of personnel in accordance with company requirements, analysis of resumes
  • conducting interviews - conducting testing and evaluating candidates - preparing job offers
  • finding out needs, solving organizational issues related to interviews, testing, interaction with by external contractors for personnel evaluation
  • building and setting up professional networking
  • determining optimal search paths, finding non-standard and effective ways of sourcing
  • labor market analysis
  • preparation of policies, work algorithms, presentation materials concerning of recruiting
  • conducting analysis and preparation of recruiting reports
  • interacting with department heads to clarify requirements for candidates and receiving feedback
  • participation in the development of the employer's brand in the labor market


What is important to us:

  • Your skills in searching and selecting personnel in accordance with the company's requirements - knowledge and experience in using various candidate search methods, knowledge of the specifics of the company and requirements for candidates
  • Ability to quickly and efficiently analyze resumes and attention to detail to determine candidate suitability
  • Experience in recruiting from 5 years, successful hunting skills
  • Knowledge of testing and candidate evaluation methods, ability to objectively evaluate test results

  • Building and establishing professional networking - the ability to build and maintain professional connections, active participation in professional communities
  • Determination of optimal search paths, search for non-standard and effective sourcing paths - the ability to find new and effective search methods, quick adaptation to new conditions and methods
  • Labor market analysis - the ability to analyze the labor market and trends, collection and analysis of data on labor market
  • Preparation of policies, work algorithms, presentation materials related to recruiting
  • Conducting analysis andpreparation of recruiting reports - knowledge of report preparation methods, data collection and analysis for report preparation.
  • Participation in the development of the employer's brand on the labor market

Stages of recruitment:
