Our team is more than 120 amazing people who are superheroes in their field, each of us has our own superpower that makes our team unique.< /p>

At the moment, Krum is 10 stores and several seasonal projects. We are scaling, that's why the team is growing. The personnel department needs reinforcements.

What should be done?

• Search, selection and evaluation of candidates for some of the vacancies according to the needs of the company.< /li>
• Conducting interviews.
• Participation in HR processes (internship planning, accompanying the candidate during the internship stage, exit interviews)
• Participation in other interesting company projects.< /li>
• Reporting on the results of your work area.
