We are a large company that deals in food products (groceries, dried fruits), we are looking for a recruiter to join our team.
 
 We need a person who wants and knows how to work and develop in this direction.

 Requirements:

• Work experience from 1 year;
• Desire and ability work with people;
• Responsibility;

 Duties:

• Finding candidates ready for an interview, using various search channels.
• Posting job advertisements on relevant platforms and monitoring their distribution.
• Organizing the interview schedule, ensuring timely and effective implementation;
• Ability to identify the advantages of each vacancy and offer available vacancies to selected candidates in an affordable manner
• Formation of personnel reserve;
• Control of compliance with corporate standards;
