Tasks:

- Finding and attracting highly qualified candidates for various departments of the company;

p>- Conducting initial interviews and evaluating potential applicants;

- Completing reports;

- Cooperation with the HR department and company management to develop a strategy for attracting and retaining talented employees.

Requirements:

- Ability to take responsibility, search for information and work ahead of schedule.

- High level of communication skills;

- Knowledge modern methods of recruiting and conducting negotiations;

- Computer skills at the level of a confident user;

- Competitive salary, namely:

- Rate 20,000 + bonus for closing positions. The bonus program is divided into each vacancy that the company has.

- An employee without work experience earns on average 27,000+, with work experience - 35,000+;

- Additional bonuses( for the speed of closing the position) - this is all announced during the working month;
