Your skills:

Hard skills:

1. Experience as a recruiter of 6 months or more. 
2. Ability to use Google services, CRM system.
3. Experience with Boolean / X-ray search, knowledge of programs for search, automation and work analysis.
4. Understanding basic technical terms, ability to distinguish the main requirements for a technical specialist from secondary ones (or the desire to learn it). 
5. Stylistic literacy, understanding of the basics of copywriting and the ability to use this knowledge in practice.

Soft skills:

1. Independence.

5. Self-study.

The team expects from you:

1. Conducting interviews.
2. Writing letters of direct search.
3. Active search for candidates, checking candidate resumes for compliance with requirements.
4. Managing the candidate database.
5. Communicating with the Team Lead and hiring managers, providing reporting on recruiting processes. 
6. Ensuring a pleasant, clear and painless recruitment process for candidates.

1. Payment - rate + monthly bonus. This means that you yourself influence your income, but you have a "safety cushion" in the form of a fixed payment.
2. Flexible work schedule with the possibility to start the working day from 8:00 to 10:00, and finish from 17:00 :00 to 19:00.
3. The possibility to work completely remotely or in the office (Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv and Cherkasy). Offices are autonomous in case of power outages.
