- Experience as a recruiter of 6 months or more.
- Ability to use Google services, CRM system.
- Experience with Boolean / X-ray search, knowledge of programs for search, automation and work analysis.
- Understanding basic technical terms, ability to distinguish the main requirements for a technical specialist from secondary ones (or the desire to learn it).
- Stylistic literacy, understanding of the basics of copywriting and the ability to use this knowledge in practice.
