to our team. Responsibilities:

• Search and selection of qualified candidates for various vacancies in the restaurant industry;
• Organization and conducting interviews with potential employees;
• li>Qualitative and timely closing of vacancies;
• Maintenance of a database of candidates and control of their movement during the recruiting process;
• Ensuring the compliance of vacancies with company requirements;
• Formation of a personnel reserve .

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year (preferably in the field of hospitality or HoReCa); li>
• Knowledge of recruitment methods and techniques;
• High responsibility and organization;
• Ability to work in a team.
