Recruiter in Promo Servis

In connection with the growth of the company, we are looking for a recruiter.

We are one of the largest merchandising companies in Ukraine (a team of over 400 people) and we also implement IT and ECO projects. Key customers are international and Ukrainian manufacturers and distributors: SAVSERVICE, Duracell, British American Tobacco, L`Oreal and others. We are looking for a candidate who:

• Has experience in recruiting from 2 years;
• Understands the specifics of recruitment in teams of more than 100 people;
• Has communication with the main recruiting platforms, knows well the current methods of search and recruitment;
• Additional experience in retail or distribution will be an advantage

What will be required to do:

• close the entire recruitment cycle of the candidate (from the placement of the vacancy to the transfer of the candidate to the company staff)
• coordinate vacancies with the heads of business areas, offer effective methods of selection
• work with various sources of candidate search
• conduct initial interviews

Salary — UAH 28,000 — 30,000 depending on the results of the interview.

5 daytime working week, Saturday and Sunday are weekends.
