• work experience in recruiting from 1 year;

• ability to communicate effectively and establish contact with potential candidates;
• use of various resources and methods of personnel search.

Obov Connections:

• search and selection of candidates;
• conducting interviews and assessing candidates' compliance with position requirements;
• keeping personnel documents;< /li>
• management of HR;
• participation in the process of adaptation of new employees, onboarding and offboarding, conducting 1 to 1.
