The skills we need:- From 6 months of experience in positions of the Recruiter in the field of affiliate marketing; - Experience in closing positions in the media buying direction; - Knowledge of the main search sources, candidate selection methods and modern interview techniques; - Flexibility, the ability to quickly process large amounts of information and concentrate on the current task; - Good communication skills. Responsibilities and expected results:- Full-cycle recruiting for non-technical vacancies (direction - media buying);- Close cooperation with hiring managers;- Work with various search channels (job sites, social networks, Telegram channels, etc.) ;- Conducting HR interviews using modern approaches to evaluate candidates who meet the job requirements;- Market monitoring and generation of ideas to improve the flow of resumes and their further conversion;- Maintaining a database (working with ATS).
