Responsibilities: independent closing of mass, midl/midl+ vacancies ("specialist" level); providing feedback to candidates; maintaining an electronic database of candidates ;preparation of weekly/monthly reports;management of the recruiting process for open vacancies.How do we see our colleague:has experience in personnel selection (Bank or Collection will be an advantage);knows how to conduct interviews and find the necessary people;knows how to find an approach to different people;open, honest and with a sense of humor :) What we offer in return: Professional development and training at the expense of the company.
