Main tasks: Conducting a full cycle of personnel selection: • placing ads on job sites, profile resources, social networks, keeping them up to date; • searching for resumes on job sites, social networks, direct search, work with recommendations; • maintaining a candidate database and personnel reserve; • organizing and conducting online/offline interviews with candidates; • organizing line management interviews with finalist candidates; • providing feedback to candidates; • preparing a job offer candidates.2. Adaptation of personnel, organization and control of processes of passing probationary periods, conducting one-to-one meetings. 3. Reporting in CRM.4. Help in other HR projects. From the candidate we expect: Higher education. Experience in recruiting from 1 year. Knowledge and active use of modern personnel search tools of various levels. Proficiency in Executive Search, Headhunting search methods is a must. Experience in closing technical and sales vacancies - desirable. High level of empathy, excellent communication skills, proactivity and systematic work. We offer: Work schedule — 09:00-18:00, Friday until 17:00; Saturday-Sunday — weekend.
