Aleph Corporation's Human Resources Department is looking for a Recruiter/HR Specialist: What we offer: Salary: to be discussed in person at an interview based on your wishes; Hours of work: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. breaks; Comfortable office at 1 Sobinova Street (near the Nasha Pravda shopping center); Work with vacancies in various directions; Space for realizing your creative ideas; initial interviews for candidates; Working with various channels of sourcing candidates; Developing job promotion schemes; Working with the current and creating a new candidate base; Advising employers on aspects of the job that can be improved. What is our candidate? Had previous experience in HR and /or recruiting; Has developed communication skills; Can analyze an existing vacancy for further work with it; Had experience working with various job sites.
