Take an active role in promoting DEI in your region, building the right networks, relationships with leaders and internal and external partnerships Third party management; suppliers, agencies, technology/tools partners Requirements: minimum bachelor's degree, master's degree preferred 3-5 years of experience as an internal or senior/lead agency recruiter for the industrial sector (manufacturing) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Ukrainian Deep understanding of the differences between different roles in organizations Hands-on experience full-cycle recruiting using various interview methods and evaluation methodsKnowledge of social networks, resume databases and professional networksExperience in ATSConditions: official employmentcompetitive salary levelsocial guaranteeshybrid work format, Mon-Fri 9/18
