Requirements for you: Experience as a recruiter from 1 year; Ability to communicate with internal customers, remove the need for hiring, determine the causes of vacancies; Ability to build relationships with colleagues, candidates; Adherence to deadlines and agreements. What awaits you: search and hiring of personnel for various positions; conducting initial interviews with candidates, providing feedback to customers; organizing interviews with the customer; keeping current work reports with vacancies; participation in interesting HR projects. Main tasks: recruitment and onboarding.
