Sourcing of candidates using X-Ray, Boolean search; Conducting interviews, organizing interviews of candidates with Hiring managers; Reporting on office vacancies. Candidate requirements: Higher education; Work experience in a similar position for 2 years or more in large system companies or in recruiting agency; Knowledge of technologies and methods of searching, attracting and selecting personnel, including direct search, headhunting; Successful experience in searching and recruiting personnel for office vacancies and middle managers, Executive search experience will be an advantage; Successful experience in searching for candidates from LinkedIn; Skills in working with X-Ray, Boolean search tools; High level of communication, result orientation , leadership qualities.
