We expect from you: successful experience as a recruiter for at least 1 year; knowledge of the basic methods of searching and selecting personnel; the ability to evaluate candidates based on their skills and experience; being proactive in closing vacancies and generating ideas on how to improve search for candidates; communication skills and the ability to work in a team; be polite, because you are currently the face of the company.
