Recruiter in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

We are looking for a Recruiter to join the talent attraction team. The recruiting process at Kyivstar is digitized and easy for all participants. Main responsibilities: Closing vacancies in the areas of: sales, technical support, logistics and marketing; Initial evaluation of resumes, organization and conducting of interviews; Support of candidates at all stages of search, formation of talent pool; Work with hiring managers, consultations and support of partnership relations ; Participation in HR projects. Necessary skills: Experience in recruitment from the 1st year; Good knowledge of the recruitment process and modern sources of candidate search; Customer-oriented approach to the customer, deep immersion in business and a clear understanding of the specifics of each vacancy; Developed communication skills, abilities to negotiate and work with objections; Focus on the result, flexibility and openness to new things; Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level is desirable.
