We are looking for an experienced, proactive recruiter who will help expand the company's staff with qualified personnel. Who what do we need? a recruiter who is result-oriented, knows how to take responsibility for himself and show intelligence in time; a person with experience in mass recruitment - a recruiter who had successful experience in legitimizing vacancies for sales managers of nutritional supplements; a person who knows how to feel the interlocutor and analyze what he says; a specialist who knows how to analyze his work, independently find errors and promptly work on their correction. What needs to be done? close vacancies for sales managers in the department of hot and cold sales, and other positions at the request of management; initiate new sources of personnel search; carry out a recruitment plan; fill out reports in a timely and accurate manner.
