Key tasks of the position: Ensuring the process of searching and selecting personnel for office positions of units and Central Office (central office); Organization of adaptation for new employees; Administrative work (support of sites with job search, search for new resources for posting vacancies, payment of recruitment invoices, participation in budgeting of personnel selection); Work with reporting and analytics; Monitoring of the labor market and wages; Participation in project activities of the department.
