The company provides its partners with a comprehensive outsourcing service for managing supply chains. To strengthen and grow the business, it is opening a vacancy for a Recruiter. We expect from you: experience in recruiting from 6 months; knowledge and skills in working with recruiting tools and alternative channels for searching for candidates; the presence of cases of successful hires that you can confirm with digital analytics; experience with any CRM will be a plus; the ability to build effective communications with candidates and hiring managers; positive thinking and the ability to offer solutions to difficult situations; Your duties will be: search and selection of personnel of various levels using all available tools, including direct search; analysis of resumes for compliance with requirements, conducting the first telephone interview; regular interaction with department heads regarding open vacancies, clarification of requirements; organization and conduct of interviews with candidates, collection of recommendations if necessary; formation of job offers and work with a counter-offer; ensuring the exit of the final candidate for a job; adaptation of new employees; database filling, reporting; labor market monitoring.
