Main tasks: Conducting a full cycle of personnel selection: posting ads on job sites, profile resources, social networks, maintaining their current status; searching for resumes on the job site, social networks, direct search, working with recommendations; maintaining a database of candidates and personnel reserve; organizing and conducting online /offline interviews with candidates; organization of line management interviews with finalist candidates; providing feedback to candidates; preparation of job-offers for candidates. Adaptation of personnel, organization and control of probationary period processes, holding one-to-one meetings. Reporting in CRM. Help with other HR projects. From the candidate, we expect: Higher education. 1 year of recruiting experience. Knowledge and active use of modern personnel search tools of various levels. Proficiency in Executive Search, Headhunting search methods is a must. Experience in closing technical and sales vacancies is desirable. High level of empathy, excellent communication skills , proactivity and systematic work. We offer: Work schedule — 09:00-18:00, Friday until 17:00; Saturday-Sunday — weekend.
