Responsibilities:- Compilation of the staff schedule, selection of job titles and professions of employees according to the Classifier of Professions
- Participation in the development of job instructions for employees
- Regulation of employment and dismissal of employees in accordance with labor legislation, drawing up relevant orders
- Filling in work books/electronic work books, digitizing work books (if necessary)
- Formation and maintenance of personal files of employees
< li style="font-weight: normal; font-style: normal">Maintenance of the time sheet of the company's employees- Regulation of annual leave (orders, notices, statements), formation of the leave schedule
- Participation in the development of Regulations on bonuses, preparation of orders on employee bonuses
- Compilation and submission of prescribed reports on work with personnel
- Maintenance of military records in accordance with the requirements of current legislation
- Constant monitoring of changes in the legislation on military accounting at the enterprise
- Control over the fulfillment of the quota for persons with disabilities
- Formation and issuance of certificates at the request of employees
- Advising the company's employees on personnel issues
Responsibilities:
- 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of labor law and personnel records
- Skills of independent personnel administration
- Knowledge of features of record keeping and organization of military accounting at the enterprise
- Work experience in 1C:8
- Pre-Intermediate level of English proficiency
