We`re rapidly growing and inviting Reconciliation Associate to our team.

You would be running such tasks as:

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of financial transactions;
• Identify and investigate discrepancies in financial records, ensuring accurate data reporting;
• Collaborate with different departments to resolve reconciliation issues promptly;
• Assist in the preparation of reconciliation reports and present findings to management;
• Maintain and update reconciliation procedures and documentation;
• Work closely with the finance team to improve reconciliation processes;
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and industry regulations.

Required skills and expertise:

• Experience in a similar position of at least one year;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, data analysis);
• Strong attention to details and problem-solving skills;
• Intermediate+ level of English (both written and spoken);
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Experience in Payment Service Providers (PSP) is a strong advantage.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Tableau;
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
