Platinum Mountain Hotel & SPA is an exclusive Resort located in a picturesque mountain town - Szklarska Poręba. The complex consists of a luxurious 5* hotel and 11 comfortable apartment buildings and Platinum Adults, a facility dedicated to adults 12+. The resort has nearly 150 rooms and 400 apartments, 5 conference rooms and offers its guests a rich, family-friendly infrastructure with a complex of swimming pools, saunas, a gym and the Dr Irena Eris Beauty SPA zone, as well as three a'la carte restaurants and a lobby bar.

Wellness Receptionist

Place of work: Szklarska Poręba

Responsibilities:

- Professional and friendly service to guests at the reception desk swimming pool,

- Responding to the current needs of guests,

- Providing information about the hotel's offer and available services,

- Active cooperation with SPA & Wellness staff and others hotel departments to provide guests with the best possible care.

- Focus on the quality of service and building positive relationships with guests, < /p>

- Smile, high personal culture,

- Independence, initiative and commitment to assigned duties,

- Knowledge of English to a degree enabling free communication.

- Availability to work shifts also on weekends and holidays from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
