- Higher education
- Good command of a personal computer / software
- Intermediate English and above
- Well-developed communication skills skills
- Developed business correspondence and oral communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Meeting and supporting customers
- Determining customer needs and directing them to the appropriate department
- Receiving and distributing incoming calls
- Processing missed calls in the CRM system Stream Telecom
- Formation of reports according to the tasks set by the manager
- Keeping records of customer traffic
- Registration of correspondence: incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, etc.
- Reception and processing of incoming requests in CRM systems
- Creating requests in the CRM system that are not automatically generated
- Checking the correctness of entering communication channels with by clients in the client's card
- Reception and transmission of correspondence by DHL, Ukrposhta and other courier services
- Cleanliness control in the showroom
- Preparation and formation of the work schedule
- Experience working in a call center
- Experience working in a service center centers
- Technical knowledge
- Driver's license
