Vacancy: Reception administrator, PLANMECA 3D Diagnostics The company "3D Diagnostics" is a leading provider of computed tomography of the jaws and ENT. We specialize in providing accurate and professional diagnostic services that allow our clients to get comprehensive information about the state of the jaws and ENT organs. We are looking for an energetic and responsible Receptionist for our center. The main purpose of this role is to ensure a high level of customer service, as well as to maintain the efficient operation of the center. Duties: Meeting and accompanying customers, providing information about the company's services; Booking customers for appointments; Organizing and maintaining order at the reception desk, maintaining cleanliness in the premises; Processing telephone calls, receiving and sending messages; Working with a customer database, recording information about appointments and consultations; Communicating with doctors and ensuring their referrals. Requirements: Age from 18 to 40 years old; Knowledge of the Ukrainian language; Ability to work with a computer and office programs; High sociability and courtesy; Ability to work in a team, as well as to make decisions independently; Willingness to learn and develop in the field of medical care.
