We combine the gained experience with innovations in analytics, marketing and interaction with the community. Now we are developing an unannounced multi-platform third-person shooter with a realistic setting and innovative gameplay. This is a large and ambitious project from a technical point of view, as well as graphics and game design. The new project is an opportunity to influence key decisions in the design of game features and mechanics, prototyping, and art development. We develop our product and control all stages of game creation from the idea to implementation. We are looking for a Real-time VFX Artist who will become a leader in the field. The specialist will be engaged in building the pipeline, will interact with teams of artists, technical artists and external specialists, and will be responsible for the design and integration of visual effects. Project visualization You will develop high-quality effects for weapons, characters of game levels; create concepts and develop real-time VFX for mobile games on Unity; create simulations and sequences in Houdini or other 3D editors and integrate them into Unity; profile and optimize your effects and game assets; approve and provide feedback on effects created by external specialists; build and optimize pipelines. We expect from you 4+ years of experience in the gaming industry as a Real-Time VFXArtist; knowledge of principles movement, anticipation, dynamics and other aspects of animation; experience creating VFX in Unity; experience writing or creating VFX shaders in node-based editors; 3D modeling and 3D animation skills; experience creating UV sweeps and map baking; skills creating textures for VFX; work experience with Particle Systems; experience of working with GIT or other version control systems; experience of organizing the process of creating effects; knowledge of the English language at the level of Upper-Intermediate+. Knowledge of HLSL, C# or another programming language will be an advantage; understanding of hardware and limitations of mobile devices; experience of creating simulations in Houdini and their integration in Unity ; experience working with Substance Painter and Designer.
